The clou: you define the depth of penetration by an adjustable nut with a Teflon-slip-side bush
on its Top. It is lockable by a fixing screw
as well.
Potential variations of material thickness or coves will now be balanced by a free from clearance and floating hanging via two linear leadings.
We offer two variations of the depth controller. Optionally for the Proxxon drillgrinder with 20mm span neck, or with 43mm collet consistent with Kress routers or other routers with 43mm span neck. Such depth controller has an additional adjustable tension spring
to compensate for the higher weight of such machines.
Both depth controller are equipped with an exhaust-
and fixing facility
, so that a clean and safe work is guaranteed also on your machine.
The smaller depth controller
is designed for Proxxon Micromot IB/E machines. To use it on other types special designs could be necessary.
The clamping lever
allows a fast and easy replacement of the router. So every part of the depth controller can be operated without the use of any tools.
Alternatively the depth controller can be used for machines of others supplies as well. With the depth controller you always achieve an optimal output and you even save rigging time.
